- 상담이 매우 친절했었어요. 제가 원하는 위치와 가격에 맞게 호텔 추천을 잘 해주셨어요. 호텔 입주 후 보통 그냥 소홀히 관리 하기 쉬운데 호텔은 어땠는지 제때 물어봐주셔서 만족스러웠습니다. 라마다호텔은 우선 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 서울역 시청역 서대문역과 가깝구요. 또한 다른호텔과 달리 마루바닥이라서 겨울을 따뜻하게 지내고 먼지 걱정없이 지냈습니다. 장기투숙객에 한해 객실에 전자레인지도 넣어주어서 편리하게 사용했어요. 아쉬운 점은 세탁을 이용할 때 주위에 코인세탁소를 이용한게 조금 불편했어요.Review by 하OO

- 입실과 퇴실 과정이 매끄러웠고 중간에 입주기간 연장도 간편하게 진행할 수 있었다. 주변에 편의시설이 많아 생활에 불편함이 느껴지지 않았다. 객실마다 전자렌지를 제공해주는 점도 좋았다. 보통 주1회 청소 서비스가 제공되는 다른 호텔들과 달리 주2회 청소해준다는 점도 장점이다. 시설은 조금 됐지만 방이 넓고 수납공간이 넉넉하며 비교적 잘 관리되고 있다는 인상이다.Review by 김OO
